オペレーションリード - ミドルマイルロジスティクス（横浜） 勤務地： 神奈川県横浜市 職務概要： Amazon JapanのAMXL（Amazon Extra Large）チームの一員として、第三者物流パートナー（3PL）と連携し、ミドルマイル物流の最適化を推進します。本ポジションでは、施設間輸送の効率化、オペレーションのコンプライアンス確保、そしてトラック輸送パートナーとの強固な関係構築を通じて、円滑で高品質なネットワーク運営を実現していただきます。 Operations Lead - Middle Mile Logistics (Yokohama) Location: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture Position Overview: Join Amazon Japan’s AMXL (Amazon Extra Large) team as an Operations Lead, driving excellence in middle mile logistics in partnership with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. In this role, you will oversee transportation efficiency between facilities, ensure operational compliance, and build strong relationships with trucking partners to deliver seamless network performance. Key job responsibilities 主な職務内容： 1. 日次オペレーション管理： 日々の輸送およびラインホール業務を監視・管理する。 トラックスケジュールやルート計画を追跡・更新・最適化する。 キャリア（運送業者）からの問い合わせやオペレーション上の課題に迅速に対応する。 積載計画システム内のデータ精度と整合性を維持する。 2. 3PLパートナーとの協業： トラック輸送・物流パートナーと定期的かつ円滑なコミュニケーションを維持する。 積載計画および配車業務の実行をサポートする。 パートナーと連携し、輸送に関する課題の解決を支援する。 3. 問題解決およびプロセス改善： 輸送遅延や異常を特定し、報告・追跡する。 キャリアのオペレーション課題に対する原因分析および解決を支援する。 配送パフォーマンスをモニタリングし、指標を分析・報告する。 必要なスキル: 基本的なデータ分析およびExcelスキルを有し、輸送データを理解して簡易レポートを作成できる能力。 課題解決志向を持ち、オペレーション上の問題に主体的に対応できる姿勢。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day transportation and line haul activities. Track, update, and optimize truck schedules and routing plans. Respond promptly to carrier inquiries and resolve operational issues. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in load planning systems. 2. 3PL Partner Collaboration: Maintain effective, regular communication with trucking and logistics partners. Support execution of load planning and dispatch operations. Coordinate with partners to address and resolve transportation challenges. 3. Problem Solving Process Improvement: Identify, escalate, and track transportation delays or exceptions. Assist in root cause analysis and issue resolution with carriers.
