The Workforce Staffing Learning Development team is seeking an innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making.
