Job description

Ring is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager, CM Business Team to lead the Contract Manufacturer management function within the Ring Business Management organization. This role is critical to shaping and executing end-to-end manufacturing strategies, developing long-term CM and supply chain strategies, managing strategic CM partnerships, and aligning global supply chain capabilities with Ring’s product roadmap and business priorities. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong experience in the consumer electronics industry and a solid track record in strategy development, contract negotiation, cost management, supplier performance management, and cross-functional business execution. This leader should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to influence across global stakeholder groups, and capable of translating complex business and supply chain challenges into clear, actionable strategies. The successful candidate will bring strong executive communication skills, sound business judgment, and a solution-oriented mindset. They will build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, influence decision-making across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, drive CM performance and accountability, and develop a high-performing team that can support Ring’s continued growth and operational excellence.
