As a Sr Program Manager, you'll leverage your expertise in program management, change management, and stakeholder management to deliver flexible, scalable solutions in a complex, global environment. You'll collaborate with project Subject Matter Experts, multiple IT teams, and Accounting and Compliance stakeholders to invent and simplify processes that meet our customers' needs. This role requires exceptional people skills and the ability to integrate technology with processes in highly ambiguous situations. Your impact will be significant as you manage multiple global programs with diverse customer groups, creating a 'One Team' virtual working environment while accelerating financial close, driving compliance, and increasing efficiency across the organization.
