We operate the foundational systems that enable Amazon and its subsidiaries to communicate with customers on Whatsapp, Email, SMS, and Push messages. Our mission is to serve as Amazon’s digital companion to guide customer actions and drive long-term engagement with Amazon through communications that are relevant, timely, and indispensable.
Key job responsibilities
As a Principal Product Manager, Technical, you will work closely with marketing and business stakeholders, engineers, and scientists to create engaging customer experiences and scalable communications solutions. You will work backwards from customer and business needs, think big about product solutions, and guide the team through delivering results.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
