The Sr. Product Manager - Shipper Integrations leads and optimizes shipper EDI and API onboarding processes for Amazon Freight. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end integration lifecycle, driving process improvements, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders to ensure successful shipper onboarding while maintaining high shipper satisfaction. The Integrations Product Manager plays a crucial role in scaling AF enterprise and mid-market business by developing integration capabilities, standardizing processes, and driving efficiency across NA and EU. Key job responsibilities EDI and API Onboarding Management: - Manage end-to-end EDI and API self-onboarding requests for shippers, including scoping technical requirements and prioritizing work for TransEDI engineers. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and shippers, providing troubleshooting and support throughout the onboarding process. - Ensure successful shipper onboarding following Amazon Freight mapping and shipper requirements. - Aggregate additional shipper requests and insights to inform product and tech teams. - Create and manage comprehensive intake and sign-off processes, including detailed templates and structured AF Ops involvement. - Develop and implement a clear EDI prioritization framework for onboarding requests across NA. - Capacity Planning: Validate and request capacity planning for EDI integration resources based on projected growth. - Rating API Self-Onboarding: Share…
