from Amazon careersAs a Program Manager within Supply Chain, you will own Shipment Consolidation for the Amazon Australia network. You will have a holistic view of how customer orders flow through our fulfilment and delivery network — from the moment an order is placed to the moment it arrives at a customer's door — and be an integral part of creating and implementing initiatives that group more deliveries together, reduce the number of boxes customers receive, and lower the cost of getting orders to them. There will rarely be a perfect solution, so it will be up to you to make data-driven decisions and manage stakeholder relationships while planning and executing within an ever-changing environment. Interfacing with Fulfilment Centre Operations, Transportation, Business, and Technology teams, the role demands strong analytical capabilities — analysing supply chain data and metrics to configure our network to deliver the best customer experience at the lowest cost to serve. You will look into our fulfilment systems and consolidation logic, identify where opportunities are being missed, and drive improvements that directly impact millions of Australian customers.
