As part of the AWS Infrastructure organization, Data Center Planning and Delivery (DCPD) prepares for, plans, and builds the data centers that comprise the AWS cloud. We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Seattle, WA or Herndon, VA to manage delivery operations programs with large-scale capacity delivery impact. This role develops, leads, and executes centralized strategies for reliably delivering builds on time to meet customer need-by-dates, thus improving or maintaining capacity delivery health across the AMER region. You will be responsible for creating a strategy from scratch on how we access delivery risks across our entire portfolio of projects and what programs are required to be initiated to mitigate these risks. This highly visible role integrates key initiatives across Capacity Delivery and partner teams, identifying best practices via process and policy development and implementing them across the region by tracking action items, developing process changes, and launching new tools.
