This role will provide a blend of counseling and transactional support to teams dedicated to engineering, supply chain, and procurement of the technology that all AWS cloud services and customers rely upon. The transactions include a wide variety of deal types, including the following: hardware and software development agreements; technology licensing; supply, procurement, and manufacturing agreements; SaaS and hosted services agreements; and professional, operations, and support services agreements. You will work directly with a wide array of teams across AWS to help develop and launch new hardware and to manage the supply chain for these technologies deployed around the globe.
