We are seeking an experienced Seller Ops Specialist driving the development and readiness of our business operations for service initiating and evolving. It requires to identify gaps, develop programs, landing services, as well as executing against our business strategic priorities. The successful candidate will combine solid understanding of business insights and process knowledge with the ability to synthesize priorities and corporate resources into a comprehensive enablement plan.
Key job responsibilities
• Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of the cross-functional service initiative programs in conjunction with program or product teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an effective governance process and measurements focused on providing insights on performance and impact on program effectiveness.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement as a process expert, leveraging AI integration to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness with mechanism build up.
