Ring Business and Amazon Key are seeking a customer-centric product marketing manager to shape the future of our go-to-market strategy and step-change our growth. You will be responsible for our B2B product portfolio's strategy, targeting, positioning, and messaging. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative new products. You will also generate deep customer insights and champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Key job responsibilities -Lead go-to-market strategy: Create the plan to bring new products to life, including the customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and activation plan. -Create compelling product storytelling: Build the strategy to find the right way in with our customer segments. Lead the cross-functional development of product detail pages (PDP), selling points (PSP), articles, and other content to engage with customers. -Understand our customers deeply: Drive consumer insight generation and develop/refine customer personas to inform product and marketing strategies. -Report on product insights: Deliver quarterly reports on product performance, customer satisfaction, and key insights to inform future strategies.
