Job description

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, space occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management and facility maintenance and operations for Amazon’s corporate office portfolio across multiple countries. We partner with suppliers to ensure quality, innovation and operational excellence with Amazon’s business and utilize customer driven feedback to continuously improve and exceed employee expectations. The Design and Construction team under GREF is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to drive pre-construction services on projects, including new builds, retrofits, expansion, and program initiatives from site selection and program development through construction contract execution. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scope, budget, and schedule definition are established, including overseeing timely receipt of building and site permits. You will act as the project manager to lead pre-construction planning for projects of many types, including tenant improvements, extensions of existing facilities, and renovation projects.
