from Amazon careersAmazon is seeking a motivated, data-driven Marketing Manager to join the EU FBA Business and Development organization. This role is part of the EU FBA Marketing team that supports seller adoption and commitment across multiple FBA programs and EU marketplaces. The team works with program and regional stakeholders to execute Go-To-Market plans that translate program capabilities into seller-facing communications and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and supporting delivery of marketing plans aligned to business goals.
Key job responsibilities
• Execute cross-channel marketing initiatives aligned to defined Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
• Support development and execution of GTM plans including targeting, messaging, and channel execution
• Track and report campaign performance including open rate, click-through rate, and conversion metrics
• Monitor marketing funnel performance and recommend optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
• Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, and execution milestones
• Support development of marketing content across channels including email, web, and other owned channels
• Maintain reporting dashboards and provide initiative-level performance updates
• Identify risks and escalate blockers impacting campaign delivery
• Apply marketing best practices and recommend improvements to campaign execution
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation of marketing mechanisms
