from Amazon careersA Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our third-party business partners (Sellers). We obsess over providing world-class support to Sellers, selling on the Amazon platform. We strive to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, and provide solutions to help our third-party business partners better serve the customers. Key job responsibilities 1. Seller Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the single, dedicated contact for a portfolio of sellers throughout their compliance journey. Build strong relationships by ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. Execute structured outreach plans, including proactive contacts, biweekly follow-ups, and pre-enforcement outreach. Educate sellers on compliance requirements and guide them through necessary documentation and actions. 2. Case Management and Documentation: Manage all seller interactions through a centralized mechanism to ensure complete visibility and consistency. Accurately log all actions, communications, and documents to maintain high data integrity and audit readiness. Monitor progress across all applicable legislations, ensuring timely updates and closure of cases. 3. Inbound Support and Regain Activities: Respond promptly to inbound requests via available channels, providing expert guidance.
