Job description

As a member of the Robotics Facilities team, this position will be responsible for facilities oversight of strategic logistics storage and distribution locations across the United States and support other non-logistics facility site launches as needed. The successful candidate must operate as a true partner to local business leaders within our Logistics Team, Finance, HR, IT, and other functional areas, as well as business partners within the Robotics EHS and Facilities teams. They must be comfortable operating on both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer. Having passion and in-depth knowledge of Facilities Management, Project Management and Operations, with a financial focus, is critical. This individual also has technical knowledge and understanding, strong writing capabilities, and experience developing, implementing and managing a number of scalable programs and establishing standardized processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The optimal candidate is an experienced professional who will excel within an entrepreneurial culture – providing vision, leadership, and communication – but not afraid to dive into details.
