Job description

Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented attorney to help support Amazon’s Engine organization, including Enterprise Engineering and the Tech Sourcing Infrastructure team. This position is on the Products Legal team within Amazon Web Services. In this role, you'll support strategic enterprise-wide technology deals for tools and services used by global Amazonians, including emerging technologies like AI tools. You will also serve as the primary attorney for several Amazon internal services and work with internal business clients on challenging legal issues related to the development and deployment of these services, such as data rights, privacy, security and more. You must have excellent communication skills as this position involves direct contact with principal business owners. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business to innovate and scale quickly. The successful candidate will be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
