Our Financial Operations team is now looking for a proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve receivables and payment-related queries received from our business customers. This role combines credit collection operations with cash application responsibilities, requiring strong collaboration across multiple teams and departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash collection operations in cooperation with our local sales and finance management, while also managing cash application activities including reconciliation, and resolution of unapplied cash receipts. Your key responsibilities: • Manage customer liabilities to Amazon - credit collection operations and monitor AR aging reports and collections targets • Respond to customer invoicing inquiries, research unpaid or disputed amounts and work directly with customers to resolve their issues and correct invoicing errors • Continually look at ways to improve customer experience and customer satisfaction • Maintain, prepare, and distribute reports to supervisors and stakeholders • Achieve monthly productivity and accuracy targets • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive process improvements and resolve escalations and discrepancies • Diagnose, improve and fix issues with current collections and cash application processes • Reconcile Amazon’s open receivables with customers to ensure quick and timely…
