On the EC2 Capacity Customer Experience (CCX) team within AWS, our mission is to ensure the right capacity is available for customers through forecasting, planning, guidance and execution, especially for large unpredictable scaling events. The EC2 CCX team is searching for a passionate, driven, and talented technical program manager to own customer planning for AWS Trainium, the machine learning chip that AWS purpose built for deep learning training. This role serves as EC2’s primary POC for managing demand intake, organizing supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions, and ensuring infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments. This customer facing role includes driving key initiatives that support goals/KPIs that are measured and reported to executive leadership.
