This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from customer returned units in LATAM region through refurbishment and Amazon Resale in close collaboration with the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES), Amazon Market Services (AMS), Products, and business partners. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing incremental value recovery capabilities in our fulfillment centers, enabling us to recover maximum value from returned units. To be successful, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders. While operating in FC operations, you will interface with Engineering, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, and Returns and Customer Experience (RCX) teams to identify and execute solutions that improve recovery.
