Linehaul (LH) Supply Chain Managers lead middle mile transportation, driving LH conversion of 53’ tractor loads across North America (NA) through various business initiatives. LH Supply Chain Managers analyze market and carrier behavior trends within the Relay Load Board (RLB) and Relay Contract Marketplace (RCM) programs. They drive program adoption through carrier engagement and training to improve Cost, Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA), and Capacity for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). LH Supply Chain Managers effectively apply Voice of the Carrier (VOC) feedback and work cross functionally with multiple teams to advocate Amazon’s needs to transportation providers.
