from Amazon careersIn this Individual Contributor role, you will own a portfolio of Hub Delivery Partners across delivery stations in your assigned region. You will develop and execute territory plans that drive partner launch success, sustained high performance, and retention while collaborating cross functionally with Station Operations Managers and Program Managers to solve complex problems in Amazon's evolving last mile delivery network. Key job responsibilities Partner Performance Development * Conduct performance reviews analyzing partner health and reliability metrics to provide data-driven recommendations * Execute coaching interventions on operational best practices to achieve and maintain performance benchmarks * Monitor performance trends and implement proactive interventions to prevent deactivation * Serve as primary escalation point for partner issues, coordinating rapid resolution across internal teams * Communicate operational impacts, program updates, and network changes with urgency and clarity to external stakeholders.
