** This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract role** As a Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported. From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work. Key job responsibilities - Support leaders at your site on HR matters - Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment - Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements - Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects - Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans A day in the life You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location.
