Creator Operations Manager, Creator Services

Creator Services is seeking a Creator Operations Manager. The Creator Operations Manager operationalizes Creator deals across verticals, serving as the connective tissue between Creator Partnerships, Creative, and CAP, with expertise in production. This role owns operational excellence, quality standards, scalable processes, and cost discipline across a diverse portfolio of Creator programs and all content formats. By serving as an advisor to Creator production teams, this position enables Partner Managers to focus on strategic relationship-building.
Key job responsibilities
Production Operations & Oversight
- Own the production control layer across all Creator Services content — enforcing quality, cost, and delivery standards portfolio-wide.
- Serve as the production control tower: triaging off-track deliverables, enforcing SLAs, auditing calendars, and standardizing processes.
- Own metadata standards in partnership with Distribution. Maintain a vetted vendor and facilities database.
- Provide on-site and field support as needed.
Program Management & Operational Support
- Provide structured operational support to Partner Managers, enabling them to focus on strategic relationships.
- Manage production workflows including creator onboarding, delivery tracking, compliance, and milestones.
- Build trusted relationships with creator production leads. Coordinate cross-functionally across BA, CAP, GTM, Content Optimization, Finance, and Legal to remove blockers.
- Help creators build competencies to meet deliverable standards.
Ad Production
- Serve as production lead within the integrated ad workflow, partnering with CAP to hold advertising content to the same quality bar as core content.
- Maintain centralized tracking for schedules, SLAs, and ad/social production. Lead production-day direction, post approval, compliance QC, and final delivery.
- Own feasibility, product integration, QC, and budget accounting for branded content.
- Enforce processes for short-form and social production.
Financial Management & Risk Control
- Process and QC all show and vendor invoices. Enforce budget discipline, flag cost leakage, and track actuals against forecasts with Finance.
- Absorb unscoped work to prevent delivery failures.
Process Innovation & AI Integration
- Design scalable content operations processes. Integrate AI and automation to improve efficiency. - Build dashboards for program health and operational metrics.
- Document best practices and create reusable frameworks.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of producer, production manager or line producer experience- 5+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
- Experience with on-set problem solving
- 5+ years in content operations, production management, or creator/talent production support
- Extensive experience producing industry-leading video podcasts and digital series featuring A-list talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the creator economy, talent management, or client-facing account management- Proficiency with production tools (Airtable, Descript, Dropbox, Iconik)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
