Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. As an RF RAN Systems Engineer, you will support the integration, validation, and characterization of advanced wireless communication systems. In this role, you will work across RF hardware, wireless protocols, and software-controlled test environments to help evaluate system performance, investigate issues, and improve test coverage and repeatability. You will be a hands-on contributor working with RF bench equipment, wireless waveforms, protocol-driven validation, and system-level debugging across hardware and software interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, familiarity with 3GPP-based wireless systems, and the ability to translate test objectives into structured execution and clear technical results.
