We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

This role leads supply management for interconnect or EE components. The ideal candidate will deliver operational excellence with a focus on hardware demand/supply optimization. This individual must be a high-energy, high-impact individual with demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic business environment.

3. Spot Market Buy Identify and evaluate spot market opportunities to bridge supply gaps; maintain a vetted network of authorized brokers and enforce compliance with quality and authenticity standards; define governance processes including approval thresholds and traceability requirements; track cost premiums and risk exposure while analyzing market dynamics to proactively position before shortages materialize.
