As an Onboarding Specialist at Amazon Autos, you'll play a critical role in bringing new dealerships onto our marketplace — guiding them from contract signing through their first live transactions and setting them up for long-term success. As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new dealer partners throughout the onboarding journey. You'll project manage dealers through each stage of the onboarding process — from implementation and setup to configuration — ensuring a seamless and efficient launch experience. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with dealer personnel to resolve blockers, drive accountability, and continuously improve the onboarding experience at scale.
