In this role, you will identify and scale high-impact opportunities to accelerate velocity, improve efficiency, and fundamentally rethink workflows across the organization. You will work across domains including engineering, marketing, and business insights to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that move beyond incremental productivity gains toward step-change improvements in how work gets done. Example initiatives may include reimagining marketing campaign workflows through agentic systems, accelerating game porting and development pipelines, and building reusable AI-enabled patterns that scale across teams. This role sits at the intersection of product, program, and change leadership. You will act as a connective tissue across teams, aligning priorities, driving execution, and ensuring adoption.
