In this role, you will manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail, and truck cross-border shipments. The position involves collaborating with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure proper shipment and document preparation, while monitoring clearance status and managing issue escalation. You will also perform accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections, as well as generate and track delivery forms while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, detail-driven, and passionate about international logistics. Join us as we revolutionize global commerce, one shipment at a time.
Key job responsibilities

- Submit documentation to regulatory agencies
- Meet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracy

A day in the life
You will start each shift by reviewing a live queue of incoming cross-border shipments, triaging clearance priorities, and coordinating with freight forwarders and carrier partners to resolve documentation gaps before they create delays. Mid-day, you'll collaborate with origin and destination logistics teams to track in-flight entries, respond to regulatory agency queries, and escalate time-sensitive issues with clear resolution plans. Throughout the day, you serve as the subject-matter expert for customer service teams, translating complex customs requirements into actionable guidance that protects our delivery commitments to customers.
