Amazon Security is seeking a curious PM-T who is driven by experimentation and motivated to build automation. The Secure Third Party Tools team has bold ambitions to re-imagine security products that serve Amazon's pace of innovation at our global scale. Technical Product Managers are integral to own roadmap planning through single-threaded-leadership to efficiently engage the development team and customers. They will work backwards from multiple customer sets to proactively learn, research, benchmark, document opportunities for technical solutions will drive results. Key job responsibilities Continually optimizing product solutions and investments while balancing near term value delivery with long term customer needs. Systematically driving release schedules and tracking progress with clarity of communication (written and verbal), so that customers receive recognized benefits early and often. Assist on scaling other PMTs through the organization with mechanisms that focus on: - Raising the security bar to value customers first - Owning product/solution portfolio - Properly escalating as required - Humbly utilizing feedback - Facilitating continuous improvement - Making plans, and staying two steps ahead of organizational, customer and security needs A day in the life PMTs work backwards from Customer needs to identify and clarify requirements, map needs to key business metrics and goals,…
