You’re a strong conceptual digital designer who can take on any challenge head-on and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re passionate about upholding a company’s brand and being a team player. You love learning new design tools and can pivot quickly with feedback.
You’ll be responsible for producing all creative deliverables from concept to completion. You’re proactive, a critical thinker, and have an arsenal of design chops in your pocket. You'll collaborate with creative teams to design evergreen and seasonal campaigns, delivering comprehensive marketing assets including print signage, digital display advertising, email communications, paid media creative, web banners and landing pages, social media graphics, in-store promotional materials, mobile app assets, and branded content across all customer touchpoints.

Our in-house creative team at Whole Foods Market is a dynamic collective of writers, designers, and strategic thinkers who thrive on turning ideas into impactful brand experiences. Working directly under the VP of Creative and Design, we’re the imaginative force behind both Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh brands.

- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Word & Excel.
- Willingness to learn new design programs and tools
- Experience with food or grocery

Basic Qualifications
- Have an available online portfolio- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Word & Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Premier Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D- Willingness to learn new design programs and tools
- Experience with food or grocery

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
