Within Advertising, the Measurement, Ad Tech, and Data Science (MADS) organization builds the products and science that help advertisers understand the impact of their campaigns and make smarter marketing decisions. We are looking for a Principal Finance to serve as the primary finance partner for the Measurement team within MADS, supporting 1P and 3P Measurement, Omnichannel Metrics, and Amazon Shopper Panel. This role is responsible for running weekly business reviews, defining and reporting on key performance indicators, sizing measurement incentives, and delivering standalone analyses that drive business decisions. You will partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and sales teams to translate financial data into actionable insights that shape the direction of the business. In addition to strategic business partnering, this role owns financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the Measurement portfolio, and partners with BIE and analytics teams to build scalable reporting and dashboards.
