A Sr. Audit Manager for the Hub Delivery Program Compliance Audits drives organizational excellence by ensuring program adherence to program requirements and internal policies through comprehensive audit mechanisms. This individual contributor owns end-to-end audit programs, partners with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, and develops scalable solutions that protect the business while enabling growth. The role requires deep expertise in compliance frameworks, strong bias for action, and the ability to earn trust across all levels of the organization. Key job responsibilities Audit Program Ownership: Designs and executes comprehensive annual audit plans and quarterly reviews to evaluate program adherence to federal, state, and internal compliance standards. Demonstrates ownership by proactively identifying gaps in program requirements and driving closure with measurable impact. Risk Identification Mitigation: Applies dive deep principles to analyze program compliance risks, identify root causes of non-compliance, and implement scalable corrective actions.
