The AWS FinTech team is seeking a bright, self-driven, and collaborative Sr. Product Manager-Technical to build and scale an AI-driven headcount management application at Amazon. Headcount management at a global scale is complex, with multiple systems, mechanisms, and processes that often do not provide the flexibility that individual teams or organizations require to run their businesses. We are building the next-generation headcount management application for the future, one where Agentic AI is not a feature, but a foundation. We are seeking a highly driven individual to help us build a world-class product that uses autonomous, AI-powered workflows to help organizations across Amazon manage headcount with speed, accuracy, and intelligence. As a Senior Product Manager-Technical, you will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle from vision, strategy, identifying customer needs, design, development, and adoption. You will partner with world-class development and UX teams, global business leaders at all levels, and Recruiting, Finance, and HR teams to deliver and scale this application.
