If you are an experienced supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast-paced growing environment - you might be a good fit to join Mexico Supply Chain team. The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as the bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless long term planning and design of inbound supply chain into Fulfillment Centers while maximizing vendor and seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. We expect the candidate have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills. Some of the role responsibilities are:
- Support the design of the inbound network of the future.
- Set up processes to strengthen long term inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience.
- Analyze flows to design the optimal inbound supply chain.
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
- Rollout best practices from other geographies / companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
- Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership
Candidates should exhibit the following:
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
