Financial Analyst, CorpDev Finance

A key focus of this role will be the ongoing tracking and management of warrant vesting schedules across the portfolio. This includes monitoring vesting milestones and trigger events, reconciling vesting status against contractual terms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date vesting records, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely recognition and reporting of vesting activity. The analyst will be expected to identify discrepancies, flag upcoming vesting events, and support the team in evaluating the financial impact of vested and unvested warrants.
The ideal candidate will have solid business acumen, technical skills, and analytical capabilities to translate data into meaningful insights while becoming comfortable working with ambiguity. Additionally, this candidate would be encouraged to challenge inefficient or long-standing procedures and look for opportunities to support continuous improvements through simplification and innovation.
Key job responsibilities
-Design and develop efficient data models, reports, and dashboards using Excel
-Validate data quality, identify trends and anomalies, and provide data-driven recommendations
-Generate actionable insights from financial data
-Continuously enhance data tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of finance experience- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience- Experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel
- Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
