Job description

As a Principal Engineering Program Manager in the WW Engineering and Innovation (WWEI) organization, you will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for providing executive-level guidance, and engineering planning oversight across the organization's most critical engineering initiatives and rhythm of business. This unique role combines high-level strategic planning with deep technical expertise, supporting senior leadership and orchestrating complex, cross-organizational programs. You will lead the Engineering PMO for the organization, shape technical direction, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities while spearheading transformation initiatives and process excellence across our worldwide teams.
