This unique role impacts millions through the Personnel Resource Manager (PRM) system, which automates eligibility verification and training policy compliance for over 1 million Associates across 2,000+ sites worldwide. Your code will directly protect associate safety by preventing non-compliant work assignments and enable intelligent workforce management decisions that keep Amazon's operations running smoothly. You'll work across the full technology stack—distributed Java microservices, serverless Lambda functions, and integrations with dozens of partner systems including Learning Management Systems, HR platforms, and workforce management tools.
