The Senior Business Analyst will join the high-visibility, growth-oriented Finance Operations, Global Data Analytics (GDA) team. This role requires an analytical leader who can influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and develop innovative analytics to support strategic decision-making. The position will design and deliver analytical solutions that enable one of the world’s largest Accounts Payable organizations to operate efficiently at scale and proactively identify and resolve process defects. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to rapidly develop deep expertise in Amazon’s Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, along with their associated data ecosystems. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a trusted analytics partner to over 1,200 stakeholders across Finance Operations Headquarters and global Service Centers. Key job responsibilities Partner with Accounts Payable leaders across Service Centers and Headquarters to identify, prioritize, and execute analytical initiatives that reduce transactional defects, optimize work drivers, measure goal performance, and assess new business expansion health. Perform advanced analytics and financial modeling to support business prioritization, anomaly detection, and process improvement initiatives.
