The Sub Same Day (SSD) Field Engineering team is seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Senior Field Operations Engineer to support the deployment, optimization, and reliability of next-generation fulfillment technologies across the SSD network. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and operations, working directly in the field to ensure complex automation systems are designed, implemented, and executed to deliver safe, stable, and scalable operations. As a Senior Field Operations Engineer, you will lead engineering initiatives supporting site launches, automation retrofits, and operational performance improvements across multiple fulfillment sites. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, RME, Ops Engineering, and external vendors to diagnose complex system challenges, implement scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery of automation programs in live operational environments.
