Join AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC) as a Program Manager driving the execution and evolution of our Future Sellers Academy (FSA). As a single-threaded owner of FSA's operational excellence and program tracks, you'll combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to continuously improve our cornerstone talent development program. While collaborating with leadership on overall strategy, you'll own the mechanics of FSA delivery, drive efficiency at scale, and serve as a thought leader in early career technical sales talent development.
