AMXL consolidates the complete supply chain including strategy, data analytics, technology, operations, warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and delivery. AMXL also offers special handling services such as Room of Choice delivery, Haul-Away, and Installation/Assembly for select items. AMXL currently operates in North America, Europe, Japan, and India with plans for further expansion. We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Design Engineer to join our dynamic AMXL Operations Engineering team. In this critical role, you will drive analysis, design, and deployment of high-impact retrofit programs and process re-engineering projects for AMXL Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers. The individual will own the capacity models for First Mile and Middle Mile and will help improve and automate the model refreshes going into organizational quarterly guidance and planning cycles. Additionally, the role requires driving concept designs that enhance our customer and associate experience by introducing new capabilities and re-engineering processes while increasing the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.
