Provide senior-level strategic technology project management and own strategic, tactical, crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across all phases. 2. Scope and create project plans and roadmaps, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution, and standardize across several programs. 3. Lead the coordination of and collaboration of cross-functional stakeholders and team members to craft and deliver scalable solutions. 4. Partner with other program/project managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery. 5. Own project/program communication, accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clear blockers (e.g., path to green), and escalate risks, challenges and changes as appropriate. 6. Partner with stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. 7. Influence design and development of strategic processes. 8. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of technical programs/projects, provide visibility to milestones and performance across all projects, and use this data to drive/influence business decisions. 9.
