The Data Specialist supports all aspects of the program and serves as a subject matter expert of Immigration data. The role will drive improvement in the program’s data quality through their knowledge of what data is critical for compliance, experiences, and operations. Though the program operates a multi-vendor model and is global in scope, this individual will ensure customers and stakeholders receive consistent and comprehensible information. The Data Specialist will also own the identification of relevant data, and development of context of that data’s place within immigration journeys. The role will also analyze business processes to develop datasets that support natural language queries. The role will engage with Product, Technical, and Service leads to ensure the program’s data supports specific goals and its north star vision. The Data Specialist will also serve as the primary point of contact with external providers for all new data requests and to align and resolve data issues.
