from Amazon careersThe Technical Product Manager will lead critical workstreams within the Amazon Devices Climate Tech Accelerator (ADCTA), a program designed to identify, evaluate, and integrate external decarbonization technologies into Amazon Devices Services products to accelerate our path to meet 2040 net-zero carbon goals. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, product management excellence, and the ability to work backwards from customer needs while navigating complex hardware integration challenges. Key job responsibilities Program Leadership Execution - Own end-to-end delivery of accelerator program phases, from application launch through final Integration Assessment recommendation. - Lead cohort engagement activities including Technology Showcase events and working sessions with participating companies - Develop and deliver Integration Assessment recommendations that enable leadership decision-making to drive sustainability investment. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Lines, technical subject matter experts, Sustainability science teams, and external partners Company Mentorship Technical Guidance - Serve as primary Amazon mentor cohort companies within assigned focus areas - Guide companies through Amazon's product development processes, including PRFAQ methodology and Integration Assessment requirements - Conduct technical deep-dives to understand company technologies and identify optimal product integration pathways across Amazon's device portfolio - Drive result delivery between cohort companies and Amazon Product Line teams to…
