Come join the AWS Payments Fraud Prevention team as the Senior Product Manager - External Services who will own our end-to-end account compromise detection, mitigation, and recovery strategy. We are seeking a product leader who will be the single-threaded owner for account compromise — delivering peace of mind to customers through proactive detection and rapid mitigation. You will drive real-time threat detection, AI-powered account recovery, and post-compromise remediation. The ideal candidate combines deep security domain knowledge with product management expertise and a proven track record of delivering products at scale. Key job responsibilities Detection Prevention: Own the roadmap for compromise detection spanning sign-in anomaly detection, behavioral signals, API key exposure monitoring, and customer education. Partner with data science and engineering to improve signal quality, reduce false positives, and shrink time-to-detect for novel attack patterns. AI-Powered Recovery: Lead the strategy to use AI and automation to transform account recovery across all customer segments (individual developer, enterprise, SMB).
