We are seeking a Support Engineering Manager to lead a team of support engineers responsible for managing cross-border operations in a highly
regulated environment. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for mitigating personal information cross-border data transfer risks
across cloud platform services in restricted regions, ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations. You will partner with legal,
security assurance, and service teams to prioritize operational risks, drive detection and automation capabilities, and build accountability
mechanisms that scale.
Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate has experience managing support engineering teams in sovereign or compliance-sensitive environments, a
track record of balancing regulatory requirements with operational efficiency, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to adopt
compliance-driven processes. You will be responsible for evolving tooling, processes, and team capabilities to reduce manual risk discovery,
increase automation, and maintain audit readiness in partnership with local regulatory bodies and third-party operators.

- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of leading technical support teams experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Chinese.
