Senior Manager, Network Intelligence & 3P Strategy, Amazon One Medical
Amazon · Virtual, United States · Business & Merchant Development
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Network Intelligence and 3P Strategy to build and lead the network intelligence capability that underpins Amazon Health’s expanding provider ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role responsible for defining how Amazon evaluates markets, designs provider networks, and translates network insights into scalable partnerships across payers, employers, and health systems.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution and will directly influence how Amazon scales its provider platform nationally.
You will define and scale the frameworks Amazon uses to prioritize markets, evaluate partnerships, and design high-performing provider networks. This includes building durable mechanisms that integrate access, economics, quality, and competitive dynamics into repeatable decision systems. You will establish the long-term architecture for how Amazon approaches network design in an increasingly hybrid model spanning owned assets, third-party partnerships, and care.
You will serve as the primary analytical partner to the Chief Network Officer, helping shape Amazon’s transition toward more health plan–driven growth models. This includes: assessing the economic implications of payer mix shifts and risk-based partnerships, evaluating partnership constructs and network configuration tradeoffs, developing forward-looking scenarios on margin durability and platform scalability and translating complex market dynamics into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
You will play a key role in shaping how Amazon evaluates long-term payer strategy and the evolving economics of national network platforms.
