Overview:
The Manager role in our Customer Success Management (CSM) team is a leader and advisor to a group of Customer Success Managers who directly support pods of accounts with partnering GTM roles. The Manager, CSM, is an expert who can advise their team in building, maintaining and leveraging customer relationships through a strong blend of Alteryx product knowledge and business consultation focusing on Alteryx ONE adoption, customer retention, growth, and value realization.
What you will do:
Mentor team members through observation of their work and develop learning plans to improve their abilities, skills and knowledge of the Alteryx platform, CSM strategies, and client-facing skills.
Work with sales leaders to drive customer engagement through resource prioritization, Pod team training, and development of a culture of collaboration, learning, and success.
