The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to a Revenue segment leaders across our Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Strategic Partnership business lines, shaping the segment's long-term strategy, setting goals, and driving accountability against key outcomes

  • Lead the team in delivering high-quality insights and analytics to Revenue leadership, fielding and managing data requests across market sizing, business performance, competitive landscape, and growth opportunity assessments using internal data and third-party sources

  • Proactively monitor business trends, KPIs, and leading indicators to identify risks and growth opportunities, translating data signals into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders
