As the Support Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and operational maturity within the IPO solution domain. You will coach Support globally, improve workflows, foster collaboration with Product, and help scale knowledge-sharing practices. You’ll serve as the highest point of escalation for IPO-related issues, proactively identify automation opportunities, and contribute directly to regional initiatives by tailoring global strategies to local needs. Other responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance and coaching to Support team members on building technical skills, ensuring high-quality service delivery and enabling professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes, workflows, and technical tools.
